Up on the Mountain: Gearing Up for Winter<\/h3>\n

As the leaves start to turn, our Mountain Ops team is shifting into high gear. Brush cutting is underway<\/strong>, clearing the way so your favorite trails are smooth and snow-ready when winter rolls in. And behind the scenes, we\u2019re preparing snowmaking systems and ski lifts for the season ahead.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re also hiring for winter operations<\/strong>, including Snowmaking and Lift Attendants<\/strong>. These roles are essential to what we do here, and they\u2019re a great opportunity to become part of our Smuggs family. If you\u2014or someone you know\u2014loves the mountain life and thrives in the snow, we\u2019d love to hear from you.<\/p>\n
